Dumnonni Chronicles Guide Book

The Dumnonni Chronicles Rulebook gathers together the peoples, festivals, traditions and stories of Dumnonni, alongside the rules and guidance used at our events. Written by the DC team, designed and illustrated by Joe Chisholm, and featuring photography by Roy Smallpage, it serves as both a guide to the world and a practical handbook for play.

Registration and Forms

Club Registration
All players and crew members attending Dumnonni events must complete the Club Registration form. This allows us to maintain the records required for our insurance arrangements. The form only needs to be completed once, so if you have already registered with the club, you do not need to submit it again.
In addition to club registration, a separate registration is required for each event you attend. Players register for an event by booking a player place, while crew members should complete the Crew Event Registration form for every event they are attending so that we can maintain an accurate record of everyone on site.
Crew Event Registration
All crew members attending a Dumnonni event should complete the Crew Registration form for each event they attend. This helps us maintain an accurate record of who is on site and ensures we can plan the event effectively.
Character Form
The Character form is used to submit your character’s actions, objectives and goals and keep the ref team updated on what your character has been up to. Please only complete this form if you have a confirmed player place booked for an upcoming event. To help the team process submissions efficiently, the Background, Why is your character here?, and Goals & Plot Hooks sections each have a 350-character limit, so we recommend keeping your responses concise and focused.
