Bookings open at 9pm on the dates specified. Bookings will be taken in a first come first served basis with occasional exceptions (see below).
Any bookings sent before 9pm on the date specified will be ignored.
No more than two people per booking one of our smaller events or five people for Outlore.
Player places are usually £100 per event and require a 50% deposit to secure your place.
Payment is normally by Paypal (there is a small fee to pay by Payal).
When booking state; Deposit or full amount and number of places (max 2 for normal events or 5 for Outlore)
Deposits (£50) must then be paid within two weeks of booking or places will be passed onto the next person on the waiting list.
The rest is payable before or at the event (cash only at the event).
We give support slots to people to some kit makers in lew of payment for their stuff or services. we also allocate priority slots for those characters who particularly fit the event plot.
Apart from the Priority places bookings will be given strictly in the order they arrive in the Dumnonni bookings inbox.
Deposits must then be paid within two weeks of booking or places will be passed onto the next person on the waiting list.
If you are unable to make an event you have booked on then email us asap and we can try and sell your place. If we can not sell it, or it is less than a month until the event then we will have to keep your deposit.
If an event is full that you really want to come, email us and we will let you know if a place becomes available.
